Yes, many of our items will be restocked once sold out. If something you love is currently unavailable, we recommend selecting the “Notify Me” button on the product page so that you’ll be the first to know when it’s back in stock.
Yes, sustainability is important to us. Almost all of our packaging is compostable, and all components are 100% recyclable. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at help@florene.com.au. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure it’s remedied as quickly as we can.

Yes, in many cases, we’re happy to help. As we dispatch orders placed before 12:00pm (AEST) on business days, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

Shipping & Returns
At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original purchase in line with our returns policy and placing a new order once your return has been processed.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 within Australia.
Yes, express shipping is available on all orders and is charged at a flat rate of $14.95.

We ship all orders via Australia Post to ensure reliable and trackable delivery across Australia.
Yes, once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey to you.
While we always aim for timely delivery, occasional delays can occur once a parcel is with the courier and are unfortunately outside of our control. If your delivery is taking longer than expected, we recommend checking your tracking information first.

At this time, we ship within Australia only. While we don’t currently offer international shipping, it’s something we hope to introduce in the future.

We aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible. Orders placed between Monday and Friday are dispatched on the next business day.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery timeframe, once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are based on Australia Post’s standard transit estimates:
- Metro areas: 2–4 business days
- Regional areas: 3–7 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes may vary during peak periods, public holidays, or due to circumstances outside of our control. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey.
We happily accept returns on unopened items within 30 days of receiving your order. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
